We have an ongoing relationship with Management Today where every month we have a slot for 4 or 5 articles that form part of The Da Vinci Institute insert TIPS. The purpose of the insert is to show case what we are doing at The Da Vinci Institute and should cover:  Student work, Lecturer thought leadership,  Associate courses and thought leadership.  

The theme for the November edition is Technology and is designed specifically to promote the Institutes’ thinking around the management of technology.  If you are able to whip up a 300+ word article on your area of expertise that has relevance to Technology please let me have a title and summary by Monday, 5 October 2009 the latest if not the article itself.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION IS 10TH of each month

PLEASE SUBMIT ARTICLES ONLINE AT: http://research.davinci.ac.za/articles/article_submissions.htm  as this helps standardise the format and makes for easier management

The format for the article:

- TITLE
- OVERVIEW (a sentence summary of the main thread of the article)
- BODY (with section headings if relevant)
- Diagrams (which should be in separate jpg files)
- ABOUT THE AUTHOR (which is a sentence or two on your background and expertise, with an email contact if a reader would like to  ask further questions)
- Author’s picture (as a separate jpg file)
