The Student Research Office embarked on a journey of enrichment and changes with 2010 The emphasis of the development is to promote and enhance the communication between the candidate and The Institute. The Student Research Office developed and successfully implemented the following: • A Power point presentation for all the research methodology workshops – the slides are presented in alignment with ; • The Post Module assignments – with expected outcomes and a credit allocation after each workshop. The Student Research office held a successful Supervisor workshop on the 16th of October of 2009. The focus of the workshop was the following: • The Mode 2 knowledge and application; • The application and art of literature search; • The implementation of validity, reliability and objectivity; and • The role of coaching with the relationship.
